The CAMP! (Community Apprenticeship & Mentorship Program) Summer 2026 program is now recruiting employer partners for the upcoming round of internships/apprenticeships. We work with local employer partners who are interested in offering robust career exploration programs for Island young adults.
The CAMP! program supports employers with:
Marketing of your summer opportunity on ACE MV social media, newsletter, flyers, high school, and community events. Find the right candidate for your position!
Employer Prep Workshop: explore how to effectively mentor a young professional, set performance goals, and build a growth-oriented relationship amongst other employers.
Opportunities to connect with other employers.
Programming: Professional development opportunities (BootCAMP Weekend) for interns/new hires.
End of Program Gathering: an opportunity to gather, network & celebrate accomplishments with other employers and their interns/new hires!
